On the 21st to the 28th June 2025, Los Castillejos will host us for a week's themed songwriting in a creative musical haven. 

Paul & Shelly have great memories of mentoring here whilst in the TSA and it's our pleasure to reconnect with the lovely owner Paul and bring our own unique SPPS themed songwriting feel to this beautiful venue.

Los Castillejos is a traditional Moorish Aldea made up of beautiful individual houses, a swimming pool (12mx5m) [April to November] and gardens and terraces. 

​

Each of the authentic Andalucian cottages has it’s own individual charm and no matter which one you choose, you’ll enjoy:
- self contained house with the equipped kitchen, dining and living area;
- comfortable, simple bedrooms and bathrooms;
- private sun terraces and garden with wonderful lake and mountain views;
- communal swimming pool [12X5m] [April to November] and garden with BBQ area,
- internet, telephone access;
- village street only used by foot and hoof.

We want to challenge our Song writing defaults as sometimes when we write often and it becomes a well used muscle,

we get too comfortable and forget to be creative .So we will be holding a 45 minute daily themed workshop/master class

to find some new starting places and then head off to our writing rooms . 

We will be stopping at scheduled times for food and having singalongs after playback in the evenings in the special playback hall with the street set up to continue playing and sharing songs in the evenings
